Frances Ann TAPSFIELD Passed away peacefully in Southend Hospital on 16th March 2020, aged 84 years. A much loved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Friend. A small family service will be held next week to celebrate Frances' life. Extended family and friends are invited to watch the service online. Family Flowers only. I was so sorry to hear of Frances’ passing. She was a lovely lady and I had the pleasure and privilege of knowI got her through my Drama group at the Shoeburyness and Thorpe Bay U3A.
