Norman Howard Skinner 'Hutch' Passed away 12th February 2021 in Southend Hospital. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Private funeral service to be held at Southend Crematorium for immediate family only. A service in memory and celebration of Norman's life will be held for all the extended family, friends and colleagues at a future date once it is permitted and safe for us all to do so.
