(Hillside Grove, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hillside Grove, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Hillside Mews to its junction with Stewart Road, a distance of approximately 555m. The closure is scheduled to commence after 18th July 2019, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council
An alternative route is available via Stewart Road, Bruce Grove, Wood Street, Wood Street Roundabout, London Road, Moulsham Street, Princes Road, Hillside Grove and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Chignal Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chignal Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 555m south of its junction with Breeds Road for a distance of approximately 300m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0OFVA42529073-2 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Chignal Road, Breeds Road, Humphreys Farm Lane, South Street, Cherry Garden Road, Barrack Lane, The Village, Chelmsford Road, Main Road, School Lane, Broomfield Road, Patching Hall Lane, Oliver Way, Copperfield Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Felsted Road, Felsted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Felsted Road, Felsted in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 115m southeast of its junction with Hollow Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2019 for 54 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201BR0410-1-1 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Felsted Road, School Lane, Dumney Lane, Main Road, Moulsham Hall Lane, Great Leighs Bypass Roundabout, Bartholomew Green Road, Crix Green Road, Frenches Green Road, Bannister Green, Burnstie Road, Cock Green Road, Causeway End Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
