(Southminster Road, Asheldham) (Temporary 7.5T Environmental Weight Restriction) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce an environmental 7.5 tonne weight limit on Southminster Road, Asheldham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Tillingham Road and Hall Road in a generally south westerly direction to a point 200 metres south of Green Lane/Foxhall Road.
The alternative route for HGV's will be via: B1021/Bradwell Road/North Street/ South Street/Tillingham Road/Cripplegate/North End/High Street/B1018/Pantile Hill/Queen Street/Southfield Way/The Street/Maldon Road/Steeple Road/Burnham Road and vice versa.
The temporary restrictions is scheduled to commence on 29 July 2019 to 31 August 2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforces while works to install a new gas connection are undertaken in association with Section 50 Licence The Order will come into effect on 29 July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the order is made permanent, whichever is the earlier
(A414 Maldon Road, A414 Wycke Hill, B1018 Limebrook Way, Limebrook Way Roundabout and Spital Road Roundabout, Maldon) (Derestriction & 40mph Speed Limit) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 40MPH speed limit on the following length of roads in the Town of Maldon in the District of Maldon:

Keeble Park, Maldon
From its junction with B1018 Limebrook Way, in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 12 metres.
Meeson Meadows, Maldon
From its junction with B1018 Limebrook Way, in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 12 metres.
Access Road 3, Maldon 
From its junction with B1018 Limebrook Way, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 12 metres.
Fambridge Road, Maldon
From its junction with B1018 Limebrook Way Roundabout in a  north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20.6 metres.
B1018 Limebrook Way, Maldon
From a point approximately 255 metres west of its junction with Meeson Meadows, in an easterly direction for a distance of  approximately 920 metres to a point approximately 16 metres east of its junction with Fambridge Road Roundabout (inclusive of Roundabouts at Access Road 3 and Fambridge Road). The road is currently derestricted.
The Essex County Council (A414 Maldon Road, A414 Wycke Hill, B1018 Limebrook Way, Limebrook Way Roundabout and Spital Road Roundabout, Maldon) (Derestriction &40MPH Speed Limit) Order 2016 is hereby revoked. The restrictions contained within the aforementioned order will continue in force by virtue of this order.
Proposed Conversion of Footway/Verge to Segregated Shared Footway/Cycleway - Fambridge Road and B1018 Limebrook Way, Maldon Toucan Crossing - B1018 Limebrook Way
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to convert existing footway and verge to a shared segregated footway/cycleway at Fambridge Road and B1018 Limebrook Way, Maldon under highway improvement powers given by Section 65 of the Highways Act 1980 and a Toucan Crossing under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on B1018 Limebrook Way in the Town of Maldon in the District of Maldon:

WEST SIDE: From its junction with the B1018 Limebrook Way/  Fambridge Road roundabout, in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 150 metres. Measuring a minimum width of 3.5 metres.
B1018 Limebrook Way, Maldon
SOUTH SIDE: From its junction with the B1018 Limebrook Way/Fambridge Road roundabout, in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 25 metres. Measuring a minimum width of 3.5 metres.
NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 16.2 metres north west from its junction with the B1018 Limebrook Way/Fambridge Road roundabout, in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 6.8 metres. Measuring a minimum width of 2.8 metres.
Toucan Crossing

Description
B1018 Limebrook Way, Maldon 
The centre line of the crossing is located approximately 21.2 metres north-west of its junction with the B1018 LimebrookWay/Fambridge Road roundabout and measures approximately 10 metres between the give way lines.
Zig Zags for the crossing will be installed on the following lengths of B1018 Limebrook Way
BOTH SIDES: From its junction with the western side of the crossing in a north-
westerly direction for a distance of approximately 17.4 metres.
SOUTH SIDE: From its junction with the eastern side of the crossing in a south-
easterly direction for a distance of approximately 13 metres.
NORTH SIDE: From its junction with the eastern side of the crossing in a south-
easterly direction for a distance of approximately 8.9 metres.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 355m south of its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 370m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2019 for 1 day, or where

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Avenue, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Steeple Road to its junction with Green Lane, a distance of approximately 780m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2275909A - Essex County Council). Notice of Confirmation of Public Path Order
Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 And Paragraph 7 Of Schedule 14 Maldon District Council Footpath 8 Maldon
On 04 July 2019 Maldon District Council confirmed the above order The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert a part length of Footpath 8 Maldon commencing from a point approximately 180 metres south of the B1018 Limebrook Way carriageway adjacent to the old dismantled railway line (at grid reference 58412,20534 and postcode CM9 6SH), proceeding in a south easterly directly across the field corner for a distance of approximately 158 metres to a point at the field edge adjacent to the north east corner of the woodland area. To an alternative route commencing from the aforementioned point south of the B1018 Limebrook Way, proceeding in a south south-west direction on the eastern side of the hedgerow at the foot of the dismantled railway line for a distance of approximately 145 metres to the field corner, then continuing in an easterly direction away from the dismantled railway line on the north side of the woodland area for a final distance of approximately 62 metres to the aforementioned point at the north east corner of the woodland area as shown on the order map.
A copy of the confirmed order and the order map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Maldon District Council Offices, Princes Road, CM9 5DL and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road, Chelmsford during normal working hours. Copies of the order and order map are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
This order comes into force on 04 July 2019 but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
