(Foxhall Road and Highlands Hill, Ashledham) (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit on following lengths of Foxhall Road and Highlands Hill, Asheldham in the District of Maldon (The roads are currently national speed limit).

Foxhall Road, From its junction with Highlands Hill to the existing 30mph 02/09/19 to



Asheldham located approximately 90m west of its junction with B1021 08/11/19



Southminster Road.

Highlands Hill,

From junction with Mayland Hill and Green Lane to its junction 12/08/19 to with Foxhall Road. 18/10/19



The temporary 40mph speed restrictions are scheduled to commence on the dates shown above or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and are required while works to install a new gas main in association with a section 50 licence are undertaken. The Order will come into effect on 12/08/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Footpath 22 & 28, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close the following length of Footpath 22 & 28, Tollesbury in the District of Maldon:

Road

Footpath 22, Tollesbury

Description

From the RSPB stock gate on the counterwall, south for a distance of approximately 180 metre to the next field entrance.

From the stock gate near the RSPB Old Hall Marshes office, in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 472 to the next RSPB stock gate.

Alternative route

Pedestrians will be diverted onto a raised piece of land adjacent to the Footpath 22 whilst closed.

Pedestrians will be diverted to a permissive footpath managed by the

RSPB.

Footpath 28, Tollesbury

The closures are scheduled to commence on 15/08/2019 to 15/10/2019 between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mon to Fri (outside these times footpath will be reopened) or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and are required for the safety of the public and workforce while ecological improvement works are undertaken to enhance existing habitat and create new habitat for local wildlife.

The Order will come into effect on 15/08/2019 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Southminster Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southminster Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 160m northwest of its junction with Marsh Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2019 for 4 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231003489 - MDS Civil Engineering Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair works are undertaken by MDS Civil Engineering Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Southminster Road, Church Road, Maldon Road, Burnham Road, Summerhill, Scotts Hill, Southfield Way, Oak Drive, Burnham Road Roundabout, Old Heath Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 1st August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Mangapp Chase for a distance of approximately 90m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th August 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0027AUGEASFN200 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Mill Road, Southminster Road, Church Road, Maldon Road, Green Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 15th August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(St Stephens Road, Cold Norton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Stephens Road, Cold Norton in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Latchingdon Road to its junction with Fambridge Road, a distance approximately 1690m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th August 2019 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001CCESSA1A002010 - County Broadband LTD). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of fibre network works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Latchingdon Road, Fambridge Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15th August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
