LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION
We, Sobella Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied to Southend on Sea Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence at Padrino Restaurant, 7-9 Palmeira Arches, Shorefield Road, Westcliff On Sea, SS0 7RN to: I. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol on Sunday to Thursday from I (WW until 00:00 and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 until 02:00 the following day. 2. Permit the provision of live music and the performance of dance on Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 until 00:00 and on Friday and Saturday from 12:00 until 02:00 the following day. 3. Permit the provision of recorded music on Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 until 00:30 and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 until 02:30 the following day. 4. Permit the provision of late night refreshment on Sunday to Thursday from 23.00 until 00:30 and on Friday and Saturday from 23:00 until 02:30; 5. Allow the premises to be open to members of the public on Sunday to Thursday from I (kOO until 00:30 and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 until 02:30 the following day. 6. Permit the premises to be open for seasonal variations as applied. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority [Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 13th September 2019.
