(Oak Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Three Gates Close for a distance of approximately 115m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd September 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD030H10455834 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while permanent reinstatement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Mount Hill, Trinity Street, Kings Road, Factory Lane West, Parsonage Street, Tidings Hill, Letches Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 22nd August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Collins Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Collins Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree from its junction with Oak Road for a distance of approximately 1340m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2281789 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Cock Road, Sudbury Road, Catley Cross, Twinstead Road, Oak Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 23rd August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pebmarsh Road, Little Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pebmarsh Road, Little Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Byndes Corner to its junction with Sudbury Road, a distance of approximately 1030m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd September 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2281801 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bradleys Lane, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Halstead Road to its junction with Sloe Hill for a distance of approximately 400m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd September 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEIBZ2UKJN03 -BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage cleaning works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Halstead Road, Hedingham Road, Market Hill, High Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street, Chapel Hill, Sloe Hill, White Ash Green, Bradleys Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 23rd August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
