(Great Totham Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Great Totham Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 168m east of Maypole Road, for a distance of approximately 8m south east.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/09/19 to 25/09/19 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to install a new inspection chamber and drainage relating to a section 50 licence is undertaken. Diversion via: Maypole Road, Kelvedon Road and vice versa. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The Order will come into effect on 16/09/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Endway, Mayland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Endway, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Dairy Farm Road for a distance of approximately 175m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11/09/19 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034821173 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Dairy Farm Road, Southminster Road, Scotts Hill, Southfield Way, Oak Drive, Burnham Road Roundabout, Burnham Road, Old Heath Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 29/08/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Barnhall Road, Tolleshunt Knights) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barnhall Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 490m east of its junction with Park Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11/09/2019 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CA789W000IBBDFDEW01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Barnhall Road, Brook Road, D'arcy Road, Factory Hill, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, North Street, Station Road, Colchester Road, Whitehouse Hill and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 29/08/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Normandy Avenue, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Normandy Avenue, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Alamein Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27/10/19 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143279621 - Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water.

An alternative route is available via Mildmay Road, Arcadia Road, Dunkirk Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 30/08/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
