Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To introduce no waiting at any-time restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile number TM080 260 to revision 3 and by inserting new tile number TM060 297. Date of operation: THE Order will come into operation on Friday 13 September 2019. Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose. Apart length of Footpath 10 Copford commencing from a point west of St Michael & All Angels Church, at grid reference 59344,22268 and running in a generally north north westerly direction to the west of Copford Hall for a distance of 140 metres to grid reference 59339,22281, will be diverted to a new route starting from the same above point and running in a west south westerly direction on the north side of the cricket field for a distance of 117 metres to grid reference 59333,22264 where it connects to the highway at the T-junction between Church Road and Aldercar Road.

In addition a new path will be created under Section 25 of the Highways Act, commencing at grid reference 59325,22278 where it connects to the highway known as Aldercar Road and running in an east north easterly direction through the wooded area for a distance of 145 metres to grid reference 59339,22281 where it connects to Footpath 10 Copford. A part length of Footpath 7 Little Horkesley commencing from grid reference 59564,23237 where it connects to School Lane and runs in west south westerly direction on the south side of the existing hedge for a total distance of 430 metres to grid reference 59523,23226 will be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above point and running in a west south westerly direction on the north side of the existing hedge for a distance of 430 metres to grid reference 59522,23227 then in a southerly direction for a further distance of 10 metres to the same above point where it continues unaffected.

A part length of Footpath 22 Little Horkesley commencing from grid reference 59501,23200 and running in a westerly direction and then a west south westerly direction to the parish boundary for a distance of 220 metres then continuing as Footpath 29 Wormingford in a north westerly direction and then a generally northerly direction on the west side of the lake for a distance of 352 meters to grid reference 59469,23226 will be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above point and running in a north westerly direction along the field boundary then a north easterly direction and then a north westerly direction continuing to follow the field boundary for a distance of 373 metres to grid reference 59494,23231 then continuing into the parish of Wormingford and running in a west south westerly direction on the south side of the wood for a distance of 250 metres to the same above point where it continues unaffected.
