Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Effect of the order:
1. To introduce no waiting and no loading at any-time restrictions on the following length of roads in the District of Tendring
Road
School Road - Elmstead Market 
Description
West side 22.9 metres south from the junction with the A133
East side 11.3 metres south from the southern kerb line of the A133
2. To introduce no waiting and no loading mon-fri 8.30am-9.30am & 2.30pm-3.30pm on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring
Road
School Road - Elmstead Market
Description
East side 11.3 metres south from the southern kerb-line of the A133 for a distance of 122.6 metres south
West side 19.0 metres south from the south facing boundary wall of Elmhurst 103.6 metres north
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TM060 242 to revision 4, TM060 245 to revision 3 and by inserting new tile numbersTM060 240.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on Friday 13 September 2019. Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX.
Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose
