(Maldon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.35) Order 201* Zebra Crossing - Station Road, Burnham-on-Crouch

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To revoke 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the east side of Station Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 4.2 metres south east from the point in line with the southern kerb line of Alexandra Road, south east for a distance of approximately 10.7 metres to allow for the installation of a Zebra Crossing and associated zig zags markings.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile number TQ945 962 revision 1 to revision 2. Notice is also hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to establish a Zebra Crossing on Station Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, the centre line of the crossing is to be located approximately 11.05 metres south east of the southern kerb line of Alexandra Road. Measuring a width of approximately 4.9 metres between give way lines. Zig zags associated with the Zebra Crossing are proposed to be installed on the following lengths of Station Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon: WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 8.7 metres south east from the point in line with the southern kerb line of Alexandra Road, north west for a distance of approximately 17.6 metres. EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 4.2 metres south east from the point in line with the southern kerb line of Alexandra Road, south east for a distance of approximately 4.5 metres. BOTH SIDES: From a point approximately 13.6 metres south east from the point in line with the southern kerb line of Alexandra Road, south east for a distance of approximately 8.9 metres.
