(Braintree Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Braintree Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Albert Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a northerly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the one way in Braintree Road, Witham in the District of Braintree from its southern junction with Albert Road to a point 47m south of its northern junction with Albert Road as detailed in "The Essex County Council" (Various Street, Witham) (One Way Traffic) Order 2001.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/10/19 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid
permit (EC30034819883- UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these
works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Braintree Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10/10/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Waltham Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Waltham Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 45m southwest of its junction with Wathobbs Farm Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/10/19 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010556889-Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Rolls Farm Lane, Terling Hall Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10/10/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Bridge Street, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bridge Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Green for a distance of approximately 25m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21/10/19 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002764-Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while trial hole works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Bridge Street, The Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10/10/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
