Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2), and Parts III &IVofSchedule 9tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a40mph speed limit on the following length of roads, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest (the roads are currently derestricted/national speed limit).

From its junction with the new roundabout known as The Campions, north and then east to a point approximately 50 metres east of its junction with Sheering Lower Road. A total distance of
approximately 385 metres.

The derestriction order on B183 (to become the A1025) Sheering Road, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest will be revoked insofar as it relates to the above length of road. The Essex County Council (B183 (to become the A1025) Gilden Way/Sheering Road, Harlow/Sheering) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019 is hereby revoked. The restrictions contained within the aforementioned order shall continue in force by virtue of this order. (Burney Drive, Loughton) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic &Temporary Introduction of 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close thatlength of Burney Drive, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Westall Drive to its junction with Pyrles Lane, adistance of approximately 615m.

2. To temporarily introduce a20mph speed limit in thatlength of Burney Drive, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from itsjunction with Westall Drive to its junction with Pyrles Lane, adistance of approximately 615m (Current speed limit is 30mph).

The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 18th October 2019 for 22 days, or where stated on avalid permit (EP20153052027 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway and footway reconstruction works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mannock Drive, Burney Drive, Jessel Drive, Castell Road, Chester Road, Pyrles Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17/10/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Theydon Road &BellCommon, Epping) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close thatlength of Theydon Road, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for adistance of approximately 65m in a southerly direction.

2. To temporarily close thatlength of Bell Common, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for adistance of approximately 70m

in asoutherly direction. The closures are scheduled to commence on 26/10/19 for 15 days, or where stated on avalid permit (EP201EH2280643 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while traffic signal renewal works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via High Road, BuryLane, High Street, Station Road, Centre Drive, Ivy Chimneys and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17/10/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of StagLane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for adistance of approximately 30m in awesterlydirection. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/10/19 for 1day, orwhere stated on avalid permit (BC005CC1W0IBBECCKVPOLEAA-BT). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via High Road, Church Road, Epping New Road, StagLane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 03/10/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
