Notice of application for a full licence to abstract (take) water. Stock Brook Manor (Golf Club) Limited
has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence. The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006. The application is for a full licence to abstract water from a Lake at Stock Brook Country Club, Queens Park Avenue, Billericay, Essex, CM12 0SP, located at National Grid Reference TQ 67689 97578. The application is to abstract water as follows:
- 58 cubic metres an hour ? 464 cubic metres a day
- 10,000 cubic metres a year ? between 1 April and 31 March inclusive in each year.
The water will be used for the purpose of direct spray irrigation of the Golf Course. You can view the application and documents submitted with it at the Environment Agency: Iceni House, Cobham Road, Ipswich, IP3 9JD during normal office hours (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays).
