Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2), and Parts III &IVofSchedule 9tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a40mph speed limit on the following length of roads, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest (the roads are currently derestricted/national speed limit).

From its junction with the new roundabout known Sheering as The Campions, north and then east to apoint approximately 50 metres east of its junction with Sheering Lower Road. Atotal distance of approximately 385 metres.

The derestriction order on B183 (to become the A1025) Sheering Road, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest will be revoked insofar as it relates to the above length of road. The Essex County Council (B183 (to become the A1025) Gilden Way/Sheering Road, Harlow/Sheering) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019 is hereby revoked. The restrictions contained within the aforementioned order shall continue in force by virtue of this order. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 29 November 2019. Further details: Acopy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX.
Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of anyprovision contained in it on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds thatany requirement of the Act, or anyinstrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
Notice of Confirmation of an Order Highways Act 1980 EssexCounty Council Public Path Diversion Orders 2019 - Footpaths 29 and 33 Epping
On 13 November 2019 Essex County Council confirmed the above orders made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the orders as confirmed as shown on the order maps is to divert:
1. Footpath 29 commencing from apoint located west of the unnamed highway south of Stewards Green Road opposite the property known as Bridge Barn running in asouth westerly then asouth south westerly direction across afield for 317 metres to the point where the footpath enters agarden where it continues in agenerally westerly direction through the garden of aprivate dwelling for afinal distance of 242 metres to where it connects to Footpath 28 Epping, to an alternative route 2meters in width commencing from apoint locatedwest of the unnamed highway south of Stewards Green Road approximately 92 metres north of the existing start point running in agenerally west then west south westerly then south westerly direction along the field edge aminimum of 2 metres south of the stream for adistance of approximately 204 metres to the point where it crosses adrainage ditch before continuing in first agenerally northerly then generally westerly direction along the field edge maintaining adistance of at least 2metres

south of the stream for afinal distance of 366 metres to the point where it connects to Footpath 28 Epping.
2. Apart length of Footpath 33 commencing from apoint located at thepathway running behind the properties of AlbanyCourt running in anorth westerly direction through property boundaries for atotal distance of 54 metres to the point where it connects to the public highway known as AlbanyCourt, to an alternative route being of variable width being boundarytoboundaryshown by abold broken line on the order mapcommencing at the aforementioned start point running in anorth easterly direction along an existing pathway for atotal distance of 31 metres to where it connects to the public highway known as AlbanyCourt being 54 metres south east of its existing connection to thathighway.

Notice of Confirmation of an Order Highways Act 1980 EssexCounty Council Public Path Extinguishment Order 2019 - Footpath 10 Epping

On 13 November 2019 Essex County Council confirmed the above order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the order as confirmed as shown on the order maps is to extinguish apart length of Footpath 10 Epping of unknown width commencing from the point where it meets the public highway known as Centre Drive running in anorth north westerly then north westerly direction across numerous property boundaries and gardens for atotal distance of approximately 263 metres to apoint opposite Pelly Court where it continues unaffected.
Acopy of the Orders and the Order maps have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, 323 High Street, Epping, Essex CM16 4BZ and at Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Libraryatacharge. The alternative routes for Footpaths 29 and 33 come into force on 11 December 2019 and the old routes shall be stopped up with effect from 18 December 2019, and Footpath 10 shall be stopped up from 27 November 2019 but if aperson aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, orthatofany provision contained in it, on the ground thatitisnot within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground thatany requirement of the Act, as amended, or of anyregulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, heorshe may under paragraph 2ofSchedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5ofSchedule 6tothe Act, within 6weeks from 28 November 2019 make an application to the High Court.
(Hemnall Street, Epping) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Hemnall Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, approximately 6m north east of Clarks Lane for approximately 15m north east. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/12/2019 to 06/12/2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while excavation across the road for awater connection relating to asection 50 S50-1401 is undertaken. The alternative route will be via Station Road, Clarks Lane, High Street and vice versa The Order will come into effect on 02/12/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rodney Road, Ongar) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Rodney Road, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Fairfield Road for adistance of approximately 70m in anortheasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/01/19 for 5days, or where stated on avalid permit (MX043215ND969 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may varyfor theseworks with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Fairfield Road, Glebe Road, Rodney Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 05/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Workers Road, High Laver) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Workers Road, High Laver in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 145m east of its junction with Faggoters Lane for adistance of approximately 400m in asoutheasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/01/19 for 3days, or where stated on avalid permit (BC005CC1W0013JANIBY6DREW -BT). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route isavailable via Workers Road, Matching Road, Matching TyeRoad, HarlowRoad, Matching Green Road, Moor Hall Road, Sheering Road, Churchgate Street, Hobbs Cross Road, Threshers Bush, Tilegate Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 05/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey inthe District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Mott Street for adistance approximately 210m in anorthwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/12/19 for 1day, orwhere stated ona validpermit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBT0NCDN08 - BT). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Theclosure is required for the safety ofthe public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Avey Lane, Pynest Green Lane, Sewardstone Road, Mott Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 21/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Albion Hill, Loughton) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the dateof this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984.
Effect ofthe order: To temporarily close thatlength of Albion Hill,Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road toits junction with Albion Park a distance of approximately 255m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/01/19 for 3days, or where stated on avalid permit(NK100/SSEJBU/7374171/ER1 - Virgin Media). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabinet repair works are undertaken by Virgin Media. An alternative route is available via Albion Hill, NurseryRoad, Warren Hill, High Road and vice versa.
The Order will come intoeffecton05/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Walton Gardens/Lea View,Waltham Abbey) (Temporarylntroduction of aClearway) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a'No Waiting' restriction in thatlength of Walton Gardens, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 25m west of its junction with Leaview to apoint approximately 25m east of its junction with Leaview, a distance of approximately 50m.

2. To temporarily introduce a'No Waiting' restriction in thatlength of Leaview, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Walton Gardens for adistance of approximately 25m in asoutherly direction.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting atAnyTime' restriction and suspend anyexisting parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to thatOrder shall remain in force.
The 'No Waiting' restriction is scheduled to commence on 02/12/19 for 19 days, orwhere stated on avalid permit (EP201EH2280799 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order came into effect on28/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Highbridge Street, Waltham Abbey) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Highbridge Street, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Romeland for adistance approximately 30m in awesterly direction. The closure is scheduledto commence on 18/12/19 for 1night, or where stated onavalid permit (MU026004180ZXVT-001001 -Thames Water).The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety ofthe public and workforce while manhole repair works are undertaken by Thames Water. An alternative route is available via Highbridge Street, Leverton Way, Market Square, Quaker Lane, Sun Street, Crooked Mile, Crooked Mile Roundabout, Abbeyview, Abbeyview Roundabout and vice versa.
TheOrder will come into effect on 05/12/19 Nand may continue in force for 18 months or until the works havebeencompleted, whichever is the earlier.
