ORDER 2019 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order To temporarily close, prohibit waiting, loading and unloading in the length of: Whitegate Road from its junction with Chichester Road

Effect of the order

To temporarily close, prohibit waiting, loading and unloading in the length of:

Whitegate Road from its junction with Chichester Road

to the dead end The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting Whilst the closures are in force, emergency services access will be maintained where possible.

The Order will come into effect on 27th December 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway works are carried out on this road
