Notice Under Article 15 Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for The construction of a new 2FE (420 pupils) Primary School with associated playing fields, hard play areas, MUGA, landscaping, cycle/scooter storage, staff parking and supporting infrastructure at Harlowbury Primary School site, Gilden Way, Harlow – CC/HLW/01/20 The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Adopted Replacement Harlow Local Plan adopted July 2006 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at https://planning.essex.gov.uk or at Essex County Council at the below address (please call for an appointment on 03330 139808). Consultation on this application is open until 6 February 2020. (Beckingham Street, Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beckingham Street, Little Totham in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 230m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 05/02/20 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH1564589 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Woodside, High Road Thornwood, Thornwood Road, The Plain, Epping Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pennymead, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pennymead, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Momples Road to its junction with Quarry Street, a distance of approximately 40m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th February 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MG015539/STM/ERI/AE – O2 (UK) Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while antenna replacement works are undertaken by O2 (UK) Limited. An alternative route is available via Pennymead, Momples Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23rd January 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Kings Hill, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kings Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 80m northwest of its junction with York Hill for a distance of approximately 35m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 03/02/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000881503 – Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while disconnection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via York Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Banks Lane, Theydon Garnon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Banks Lane, Theydon Garnon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 950m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27/01/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0ONEA5703099201 – BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Banks Lane, Mount Road, Colemans Farm Lane, Epping Lane, London Road, Romford Road, Stanford Rivers Road, St James Avenue, Coopers Hill, The Borough, Greensted Road, Toot Hill Road, Mill Lane, School Road, Epping Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
