Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980 Essex County Council Public Path Diversion Order 2020 Footpath 3 St Lawrence The above order, made on 17 January 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 3 St Lawrence of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from a point at the south west corner of the water tower boundary and running in a generally northerly then north easterly direction through the cement business and farm areas for a total distance of 178 metres to the point where the footpath meets the unnamed publicly maintainable road, to an alternative route 2 meters in width commencing at the aforementioned start point running in first an easterly then generally northerly then generally easterly direction via a point near the south east corner of the boundary of St Lawrence Hall continuing in a north, north westerly direction around the water tower perimeter and field edge for a total distance of 409 metres to the point where it connects to the public highway known as St Lawrence Hill/Brook Road.

A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Maldon District Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex CM9 5DL and at Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road CM1 1QH during normal working hours. Copies are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Robert Lee, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 5 March 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. (Blue Mill Lane, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blue Mill Lane, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 95m west of its junction with Hop Garden Lane for a distance of approximately 130m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/02/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034830798 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Blue Mill Lane, Hoe Mill Road, Manor Road, Hop Garden Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 30/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Bryants Lane, Woodham Mortimer) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bryants Lane, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 185m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th February 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEIBY7P0CM09 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while to joint box installation works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Tom Tit Lane, Maldon Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 13/02/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months

or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
