(Various Roads, Tiptree) (Restricted Road, 30mph & 40mph Speed Limit) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Parts III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 40MPH speed limit on the following length of B1022 Maldon Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 10 metres south west from the centre point of its junction with Simpsons Lane, in a south westerly direction for approximately 410 metres (the road is currently National Speed Limit).
The 'County Council of Essex (Restricted Roads) (No.1) Order 1962' is hereby revoked. All restrictions shall continue in force by virtue of this order.
The Colchester Borough (30 m.p.h. Speed Limit) (Tiptree) Order 1977 is revoked insofar as it relates Maldon Road, Kelvedon Road and West End Road, Tiptree only, all other restrictions will remain in force. The Colchester Borough Council (30 mph Speed Limits) Order 1995 is revoked insofar as it relates to B1023 Kelvedon Road, Tiptree only, all other restrictions will remain in force.

(Footpath 18, St Osyth) |(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 18, St Osyth in the District of Tendring, from outside property No.1 Bishops Gardens, east for approximately 806 metres to the south west corner of the Bel-Air Beach Caravan Park.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/09/2020 for 6 months or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the construction phase of the Seawick Sea Defence Scheme is undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Priory Close, Club Parade, Seawick Road, Beach Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Edgware Road, Clacton On Sea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Hamptead Avenue to its junction with Neasden Avenue a distance of approximately 285m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2302015 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring from a point approximately 270m south of its junction with Mary Warner Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a south easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
