Notice of Application for a Premises Licence Notice is given that I, Priscilla Williams have on the 7/10/2020 applied to Basildon District Council as the Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for Blue Marble, a cocktail delivery service, found online at www.cocktailsbybluemarble.com of Williams & Dyer LTD, 36 Ardleigh, Basildon, Essex SS16 5RA. For the sale of alcohol/cocktails, in an off-licence setting, delivering between 12.00pm - 20.00pm Monday to Sunday. Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Council, The Basildon Centre, St. Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 05/11/2020. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours Monday to Friday inclusive. Please Note! It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
