(Langford Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Langford Road, Wickham Bishops In the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 220m south east of its junction with Wickham Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 335m In a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th December 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS72689 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Langford Road, Witham Road, Maldon Road, Hatfield Road, The Street, Hatfield Peverel Bypass, A12, Witham Bypass, Hatfield Road, Hatfield Road - Gershwin Boulevard Roundabout, Ingles Drive, Maltings Lane, Maltings Lane Roundabout, Station Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Road, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 30m southeast of its junction with Church Street for a distance of approximately 65m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th December 2020 for 2 nights (22:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M7746-1 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and cover replacement works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Mill Road, Wantz Road, Cross Road, Fambridge Road, Spital Road, High Street. The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 130m west of its junction with Wickham Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 285m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th December 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS70088 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Station Road, Langford Road, Witham Road, Maldon Road, Langford Road Roundabout, Maypole Road, The Street, Church Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Wickham Hall Lane a distance of approximately 115m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th December 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS261441B - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Blacksmiths Lane, The Street, Maypole Road, Langford Road, Langford Road Roundabout, Maldon Road, Witham Road, Station Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tiptree Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tiptree Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 60m northeast of its junction with Beech Green for a distance of approximately 70m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th December 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS78777 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Tiptree Road, Kelvedon Road, Maypole Road, The Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.7) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Areas) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 3rd December 2020 exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sextons Lane, Great Braxted in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 60m northwest of its junction with Bung Row for a distance of approximately 50m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st December 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS229136 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Sextons Lane, Tiptree Road, Braxted Park Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
