Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with St Andrews Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th December 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011000982038 - Cadenr). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, The Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sunnyfields Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from tie date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sunnyfields Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 80m southeast of its junction with High Garrett for a distance of approximately 55m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th December 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01457850541 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box Installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Lyons Hall Road, High Garrett and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Terling Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Terling Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 325m southwest of its junction with Powers Hall End for a distance of approximately 95m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th December 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCCV5P8Y0A - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead structure works are undertaken by BT. Alternative routes are available via

The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30 MPH Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.33)

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 3rd December 2020, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the mad. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by Gigaclear.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Howe Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 195m northeast of its junction with Little London Hill tor a distance of approximately 150m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th November 2020 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS296659 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Littley Green Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Felsted Road for a distance of approximately 560m in a southwesterly direction.
