Notice is hereby given that on the 13th April 2021 T.Morris Limited
applied to Basildon Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Mayflower Retail Park, Gardners Link, Basildon SSI 4 3HZ. The proposed licensable activities are;-1. The sale by retail of alcohol off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon Essex SS14 1DL no later than the 11th May 2021 stating the grounds for representationsJhe register of Basildon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address by appointment between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
