(Chapel Road, Bumham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch In the District of Maldon, from Its junction with Western Road for a distance of approximately 125m in a southerly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the One Way restriction in that length of Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch In the District of Maldon from its junction with High Street to its junction with Western Road as detailed in the 'Essex County Council (Various Roads, Burnham-on-Crouch) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996' for the duration of the above closure only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001067631 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Station Road, Western Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Conduit Lane, Woodham Mortimer) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Conduit Lane, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 60m north west of its junction with Post Office Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS13811201 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Conduit Lane, Post Office Road, Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(St Stephens Road, Cold Norton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Stephens Road, Cold Norton in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Fambridge Road for a distance of approximately 165m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30042011056 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via St Stephens Road, Fambridge Road, Latchingdon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Burnham Road, Woodham Mortimer) (Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph Speed restriction in that length of Burnham Road, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Oak Corner to its junction with Post Office Road a distance approximately 705m. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 19th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH231601 OA - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
The Order came into effect on 1st July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Fambridge Road, Althorne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fambridge Road, Althorne in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Chestnut Hill for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2021 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30012963614 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Fambridge Road, Summerhill, Main Road, Burnham Road - B1018, Bumham Road, The Street, Cold Norton Road, Lower Burnham Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 1st July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Limebrook Way/Meeson Meadows, Maldon) (Temporary Introduction of No Right Turn) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a no right hand turn from Limebrook Way into Meeson Meadows, Maldon in the District of Maldon.

2. To temporarily introduce a no right hand turn from Meeson Meadows into Limebrook Way, Maldon in the District of Maldon.

The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 12th July 2021 for 110 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231003504 - M Anderson Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new roundabout installation works are undertaken by M Anderson Ltd. Alternative routes will be either to Limebrook Way roundabout and back to turn left into Meeson Meadows or to turn left from Meeson Meadows to roundabout at Fambridge Road and back into Limebrook Way.
The Order came into effect on 1st July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
