(Poynters Lane, Great Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Poynters Lane, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Star Lane for a distance of approximately 131 Om in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS222219 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Poynters Lane, Shoebury Road, New Road, High Street, Southend Road, Star Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 15th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Ballards Walk, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Ballards Walk, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Woolmer Green to its junction with Little Lullaway a distance of approximately 60m. The closure is scheduled to The closure is scheduled to commence on the 12th July 2021 for 2 nights then again on 30th July for 1 night and finally 2nd August 2021 (works to take place between 20:00-05:00 4 nights in total), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153062221 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of new parallel crossing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Great Knightleys, Markhams Chase and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 1st July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Beeches Road, Rawreth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beeches Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 720m east then southeast of its junction with Chelmsford Road for a distance of approximately 830m in a northeasterly then southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS243121A- Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing and tree cutting works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Beeches Road, Chelmsford Road, Rawreth Lane, Hullbridge Road, Watery Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 1st July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Beresford Gardens, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beresford Gardens, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Rayleigh Road for a distance of approximately 10m in a south eastedy direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012312767A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while renewal of traffic signal renewal works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Beresford Gardens, Falbro Crescent, Commonhall Lane, New Road, London Road, Rayleigh Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 1st July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
