SOUTHEND-ON-SEA BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT to allow for the: Hamlet Court Road In Harmony Event 2021 on 19th September 2021 and because of the likelihood of the danger to the public it made an Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1991, the effect of which will temporarily prohibit entry and suspend parking in Hamlet Court Road Westcliff-on-Sea as detailed in the schedules below

and because of the likelihood of the danger to the public it made an Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1991, the effect of which will temporarily prohibit entry and suspend parking in Hamlet Court Road Westcliff-on-Sea as detailed in the schedules below

2. Nothing in the Order will apply to;



(a) Any vehicle being used for Ambulance purposes, Coastguard/RNLI, Fire Brigade or Police services;

(b) anything done by a Statutory Undertaker vehicle in connection with an emergency repair;

3. The prohibition and restrictions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.



4. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be issued with a penalty charge notice and removed.
