Removal of Zebra Crossing, to be replaced by Puffin Crossing, B1007 Stock Road (North of Orchard Avenue), Billericay in the Borough of Basildon
Notice is hereby given
that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to replace the following pedestrian crossing (Zebra) with a signal controlled pedestrian crossing (Puffin), B1007 Stock Road (North of Orchard Avenue), Billericay in the Borough of Basildon.
1. The existing Zebra Crossing on B1007 Stock Road (North of Orchard Avenue), Billericay is to be removed. The centre line of the Zebra crossing is approximately 26.6 metres in a north easterly direction from the centre of Orchard Avenue.
2. A Puffin Crossing is to be installed. The centre line of the Puffin crossing will be approximately 26.6 metres in a north easterly direction from the centre of Orchard Avenue. Extra low voltage equipment and lower-energy LED signals will be installed in order to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.

(A130 Canvey Way, Canvey Island/South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of A130 Canvey Way, Canvey Island/South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from both of the junctions with Sadlers Farm Roundabout to both of the junctions with Canvey Way Roundabout a distance of approximately 4100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2021 for 2 nights (21:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2274106 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while annual calibration and maintenance checks works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Sadlers Farm Roundabout, London Road, High Road, High Street, Ferry Road, Canvey Road -B1014 and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 150m south of its junction with St Peters Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS296128A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Lower Road, Hullbridge Road, Hambro Hill, Hockley Road, High Road, Aldermans Hill, Folly Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Eastview Drive, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Eastview Drive, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Mortimer Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317975 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while kerb repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Mortimer Road, Hullbridge Road, Hambro Hill, Fairland Close, Eastview Drive and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 30m south west of its junction with Crown Hill for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M14271 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains repair works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via High Street, Websters Way, Eastwood Road, Rayleigh Road, Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road A127 To A130 Westbound, Fairglen Interchange, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road from A127 To A129 Eastbound, High Road.

(Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lamboume Hall Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 25m east of its junction with Althorne Way for a distance of approximately 80m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA50957877 - Openreach). that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with London Road a distance of approximately 38m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 6th October 2021 for 2 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000010917 - Essex County Council). (A13 Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea/Vange Bypass, Fobbing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon from the point where the eastbound on slip from Broadway Link Roundabout is to the point where the Five Bells eastbound off slip Road for a distance of approximately 2710m.
2. To temporarily close the on slip road, from the Broadway Link Roundabout onto the A13 Pitsea Bypass a distance of approximately 282m.
3. To temporarily close that length of Vange Bypass, Fobbing from a point where the westbound on slip from Five Bells Roundabout North is to the A13 Vange Bypass a distance of approximately 2780m.
4. To temporarily close the on slip from Five Bells Roundabout North to the A13 Vange Bypass a distance of approximately 345m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 24th September 2021 for 2 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012318838 - Essex County Council). (Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 15m south of its junction with London Hill for a distance of approximately 60m in southerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the 'One Way' into Bellingham Lane as detailed in 'Essex County Council (Various Streets, Rayleigh) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2002' for the duration of the above closure only.

(Malwood Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Malwood Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 20m west of its junction with Homefield Avenue for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd September 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30047080575 - UK Power Networks). that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tye Common Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 385m northeast of its junction with Sudburys Farm Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC8VR45V001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying and spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
