(Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement
Area) (Amendment No.13) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
To revoke 'No Stopping Mon-Fri 8am-4.00pm (School Keep Clear) on Braintree Road in the District of Braintree, north side, from a point approximately 33 metres at the northern kerb edge of the layby for Cressing Primary School, south for a distance of approximately 55 metres, to the junction of the new Countryside Properties Development. To Implement - 'No Waiting and loading' north side on Braintree Road in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 33 metres at the northern kerb edge of the layby for Cressing Primary School, south for a distance of approximately 55 metres, to the junction of the new Countryside Properties Development.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tiles TL785 205 revision 0 to revision 1.
Data of operation: The Order will come into operation on 27 September 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Footpath 16, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 16, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Footpath 15, Earls Colne in a southerly direction to its junction with (A1124) Halstead for its entire length.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 20 September 2021 to 25 September 2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst investigatory works are carried out.
The Order will come into effect on 20 September 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bradleys Lane, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of
Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bradleys Lane, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Halstead Road to the junction with Sloe Lane a distance of approximately 380m.The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01457745254 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Bradleys Lane, White Ash Green, Sloe Hill, Chapel Hill, Trinity Street, Bridge Street, High Street, Market Hill, Hedingham Road, Halstead Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colne Engaine Road, Greenstead Green/Colne Engaine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colne Engaine Road, Greenstead Green/Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Cangle Lane to the junction with Halstead Road a distance of approximately 1115m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458243969 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Halstead Road, Buntings Green Road, Pebmarsh Road, Colne Road, Colne Engaine Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colne Park Road, White Colne/Colne Engaine) (Temporary
Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colne Park Road, White Colne/Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 390m north west of its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010610858 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Church Hill, Church Street, Colne Park Road, Colneford Hill, Elms Hall Road, Halstead Road, High Street, Lower Holt Street, Mill Lane, Park Lane, Station Road, Upper Holt Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Delvin End, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Delvin End, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 1000m north west of its junction with Graves Hall Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01457745349/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Colchester Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 175m south east of its junction with Mallows End Field for a distance of approximately 180m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st October 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010521620 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while permanent reinstatement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

The Order came into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Nether Hill, Gestingthorpe & Chapel Hill, Belchamp Walter)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Nether Hill, Gestingthorpe & Chapel Hill, Belchamp Walter in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Sudbury Road to the junction with Gestingthorpe Road a distance approximately 922m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001CCESSA1A003301 & 2 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd. An alternative route is available via Church Street, North End Road, Yeldham Road, Chapel Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Water Lane, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Water Lane, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 15m south west of its junction with The Street for a distance of approximately 95m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010643405 - Anglian Water).
