(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 16) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting Monday to Friday 10am to 11 am' where there are currently no restrictions present on Purlieu Way, Theydon Bois in the District of Epping Forest.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TQ450 995 and TQ450 997 with revision 1.

(Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Epping New Road a distance of approximately 190m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001076490 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via High Road, Church Road, Epping New Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Harlow) (Temporary
Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its Roundabout junction with Southern Way to both of its junctions with Second Avenue a distance of approximately 771 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2021 for 5 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2296389 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Second Avenue, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary and Harlow Mill Roundabout, Tillwicks Road, Howard Way, Third Avenue, Katherine's Way, Southern Way, Abercrombie Way and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
