(Coldharbour Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Coldharbour Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from Elizabeth Way to Fourth Avenue.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 04/10/2021 to 03/12/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of drainage and ducting works are undertaken (S50-1608). The alternative route will be via Fourth Avenue, Elizabeth Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 04/10/2021 and may continue in force tar 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 20) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions on Milwards, on its south side, from its {unction with Paringdon Road to a point about 20 metres east of that junction and on its north side, from its junction with Paringdon Road to a point on the east side of its northern arm leading to Nos. 1 to 5, opposite Nos. 4 and 5, in the district of Harlow.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers (TL435 077 revision 0 replaced with revision 1).
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 11th October 2021.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 21) Order 2021

The effect of the Older: To introduce 'Goods Vehicles Loading Only 7am to 6pm and No Waiting 6pm to 7am Except Taxis' bays on the east side of North Gate, replacing the existing taxi rank, and on the south side of East Gate, outside Nos. 31 to 35 in the District of Harlow. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 11th October 2021.

(Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 200m north of its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 305m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th October 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30092333388 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via (access only through Berwick Lane), School Road, Church Road, London Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hobbs Cross Road, Matching) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 135m northwest of its junction with New Way Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06043105/RH - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Hobbs Cross Road, Foster Street, Green Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Epping Road, Epping Upland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, Epping Upland in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 135m northwest of its junction with Elm Close for a distance of approximately 60m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th September 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001072089 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Epping Road Roundabout, Epping Road, Water Lane, Southern Way, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary And Harlow Mill Roundabout, London Road, Hastingwood Roundabout, High Road, Thornwood Road, Palmers Hill, Lindsey Street, Church Hill and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 16th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
