Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49 and 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order:
1. To upgrade the existing advisory disabled bays to enforceable Disabled Badge Holders Only bays:

(Footpath 3, Weeley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close footpath 3, Weeley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with footpath 4 for a distance of approximately 218 metres in a north westerly direction to a point where footpath 3 turns east. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/10/2021 to 01/04/2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while archaeological excavations are undertaken. The alternative route will be via footpath 3,4 and temporary diversion route (follows the edge of the field) and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 01/10/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Footpath 28, Beaumont-cum-Moze) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 28, Beaumont-cum-Moze in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Quay Lane, southeast for approximately 125 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21/09/2021 to 23/11/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce in order to facilitate vegetation clearance works on the tidal embankment that protects properties and facilities from flood risk are undertaken.
Access will be maintained by going to the east end of Quay Lane then following the informal path southeast then south west until it joins adjacent onto Footpath 28.
The Order will come into effect on 21/09/2021 and may continue in force tor 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Brook House Road, Great Tey) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Brook House Road, Great Tey in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Newbarn Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01459238621 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Newbam Road, Earls Colne Road, Bumthouse Road, Flories Road, Brook House Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30th September 2021 and may continue in force tor 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Carters Hill, Boxted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Carters Hill, Boxted in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 150m south west of its junction with Cooks Hill for a distance of approximately 260m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS111475A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, Fingringhoe in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Upper Haye Lane to its other junction with Upper Haye Lane a distance of approximately 45m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001085203 - Cadent). that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Priory Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Tiptree Road to its junction with West End Road a distance of approximately 305m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21 st October 2021 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA73734722 - Openreach). ) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 30th September 2021 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
