PUBLIC INQUIRY to be held virtually Opening on 9 November 2021 at 10.00am
REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Orwell (Basildon) Limited Relating to the Planning Application 20/00955/FULL submitted to Basildon Borough Council for Demolition and Redevelopment of the Existing Building and Erection of a Mixed Use Scheme Comprising of Flexible Commercial Floorspace (Use Class A1 - A5, B1, D1 and/or D2) on the Ground-First Floors and 492 No. One and Two Bedroom Residential Apartments (Use Class C3) in 3 Blocks of up to 17 Storeys, with Associated Parking, Servicing and Communal Amenity Areas, at Land at Market Square, Basildon, SS14 1DU.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
