(Church Road, Subway (No.1078) Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order:
To Implement: Temporary Prohibition of Use To temporarily close Church Road Pedestrian Subway/Cycleway No. 1078, Pitsea, In the Borough of Basildon. For Its entire length, approximately 45.45 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 01 November 2021 to 08 November 2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required to allow for repair works to be carried out.
The alternative route will be via Church Road, London Road, Old Church Road, and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation in November 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

(Cranfield Park Road, Wickford/Nevendon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Cranfield Park Road, Wickford/ Nevendon in the Borough of Basildon, from the roundabout junction with Salcott Crescent for a distance of approximately 265m in a southerly then southeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of road as cited in the "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th November 2021 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2321444 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
Alternative routes are available via
1. Cranfield Park Road, Cranfield Park Road Roundabout, Cranfield Park Road, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Nevendon Road Bypass, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A132 to A127 Eastbound, A127, Cranfield Park Road.
2. Cranfield Park Road, A127, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 to A130 Eastbound, Fairglen Interchange, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A130 to A127 Westbound, A127, Southend Arterial Road Slip from A127 to A132 Westbound, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Nevendon Road Bypass, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Cranfield Park Road, Cranfield Park Road Roundabout.

The Order will come into effect on 4th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Jotmans Lane & Appleton Road, South Benf leet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1 To temporarily close that length of Jotmans Lane, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Elm View Road a distance of approximately 130m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Appleton Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Jotmans Lane for a distance of approximately 10m in a southerly direction. The closures are scheduled to commence on 15th November 2021 for 26 days (not at the same time), or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001098266/76 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent Alternative routes are available via
1. High Road, Benfleet Park Road, Danesfield, Loten Road, Watlington Road, Jotmans Lane and vice versa.
2. Appleton Road, Perry Road, Watlington Road, Jotmans Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 4th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.


(Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 65m west of its junction with Little Wakering Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st November 2021 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (ZY0065102322 - E S Pipelines Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by E S Pipelines Ltd. An alternative route is available via Little Wakering Road, Southend Road, Silchester Corner, Silchester Corner Roundabout, Barling Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 21st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Guernsey Gardens, Wickford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Guernsey Gardens, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Alderney Gardens to its junction with Station Avenue a distance of approximately 517m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st November 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013211243 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Aldemey Gardens, Swan Lane, The Broadway, Station Avenue and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 21st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Somerset Avenue, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Somerset Avenue, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 20m north east of its junction with Ashingdon Road to its junction with Percy Cottis Road a distance of 155m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Somerset Avenue, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Percy Cottis Road to its junction with The Drive a distance of approximately 250m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 1st November 2021 for 54 days (1 at a time), or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001092411 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Somerset Avenue, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, Malting villas Road, The Drive and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 21st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.2) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the Borough of Basildon as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be Installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 21 st October 2021, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be Informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by virgin Media.
The Order came into effect on 21st October 2021 and may continue In force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Vicarage Hill, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is
hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Vicarage Hill, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 470m northeast of its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 205m in a northeasterly then southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005332 -Castle Point Borough Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while vegetation clearance works are undertaken by Castle Point Borough Council.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Essex Way and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 21st October 2021 and may continue In force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
