Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order:
that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To Implement 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' at the following locations:
Road Description
Sycamore Close, Canvey Island  North side: from a point approximately 9 metres west of the eastern boundary of 15 Sycamore Close, westwards for a distance of approximately 5 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Castle Point District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TQ785 832 Rev 0 to Rev 1.

(Dry Street, Langdon Hills) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dry Street, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Northlands Approach for a distance of approximately 105m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320058 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 2nd December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hambro Hill, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hambro Hill, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hambro Avenue for a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R059445014 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace manhole cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water. (High Street, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of High Street, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Anchor Lane for a distance of approximately 40m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th December 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA73418500 - Openreach). Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Marine Approach, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from Its junction with Howard Place to its junction with The Avenue for a distance of approximately 40m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30057076021 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. (Norton Avenue, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Norton Avenue, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Smallgains Avenue to its junction with Holbek Road a distance of approximately 31 Om. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th December 2021 for 47 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001098436 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

(Point Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021

Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Point Road, Canvey Island In the Borough of Castle Point, from the junction with the roundabout near Zider Pass to the boundary a distance of approximately 282m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping in that length of Point Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from the junction with the roundabout near Zider Pass to the boundary a distance of approximately 282m.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 6 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2312508A - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage and resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 2nd December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(St Clements Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of St Clements Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Albion Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034831820 - UK Power Networks). The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while surface reinstatement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. (Bruce Grove, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bruce Grove, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with First Avenue for a distance of approximately 45m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th November 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001090216 - Cadent). that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dunton Road, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 690m west of its junction with Rectory Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a westerly direction. (Grove Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grove Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with The Chase to its junction with Clarence Road a distance of approximately 480m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st December 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320433 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works
are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

(Rushbottom Lane, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Rushbottom Lane, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road to its junction with Louisa Avenue a distance of approximately 128m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of road, from its junction with London Road to its junction with Louisa Avenue a distance of approximately 128m in the duration of the closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The Order came into effect on 18th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
