Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Demolition of existing school buildings and structures and the construction of a two-storey building with revised parking, landscaping, boundary treatments and associated facilities at Css South Quadrant, Fairview Road, Basildon, SS141PW-CC/BAS/102/21
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Basildon District Local Plan Saved Policies 2007 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Cavell Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cavell Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Greens Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001100187 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via The Meadow Way, Thynne Road, Greens Farm Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Coronation Close, Great Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Coronation Close, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Little Wakering Road for a distance of approximately 165m in a westerly direction.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced
on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting and No Stopping restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2318928 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while concrete installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Gardiners Lane North, Ramsden Crays) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gardiners Lane North, Ramsden Crays in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with A127 Southend Arterial Road for a distance of approximately 440m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC1170000000000179066DNO - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Queens Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queens Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2022 for 1 night (19:00 - 22:30), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO58969107/2 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Dry Street, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Northlands Approach for a distance of approximately 105m in a northwesterly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hambro Hill, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hambro Avenue for a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R059445014 - Anglian Water). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of High Street, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Anchor Lane for a distance of approximately 40m in a northwesterly direction. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Marine Approach, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Howard Place to its junction with The Avenue for a distance of approximately 40m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th December 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30057076021 - UK Power Networks). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Point Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from the junction with the roundabout near Zider Pass to the boundary a distance of approximately 282m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping in that length of Point Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from the junction with the roundabout near Zider Pass to the boundary a distance of approximately 282m.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of St Clements Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Albion Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th December 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034831820 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while surface reinstatement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
