SOUTHEND-ON-SEA BOROUGH COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) (VARIOUS ROADS) ORDER 2022 TTO2091
Notice is given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made the above Order.
1. Works are required to do utility and drainage surveys.

2. The proposed works are listed in Table 1 to this notice. The effect of the orders will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the road included in Table 1 to this notice. Diversions will be signed as specified in Table 1.

3. The Orders will come into effect on 23 January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier and will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.

4. Access for emergency vehicles, vehicles being used in connection with the works, residents and pedestrians may be maintained during the closure.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction/prohibition imposed by this Notice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
