Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from G&B Finch Limited for Erection of a new workshop and storage building (following demolition of the existing workshop/store building) at Asheldham Quarry, Tillingham Road, Asheldham, Essex, CM0 7NX - ESS/18/22/MAL

(Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Tolleshunt Major) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 185m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th April 2022 for 2 days (followed by 2 way lights for 5 days), or where stated on a valid permit (EC30030686615 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via School Road, The Street, Loamy Hill Road, Maldon Road, Station Road, Factory Hill, Brook Road, D'arcy Road, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, North Street, South Street, Church Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Marlpits Road, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Marlpits Road, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 450m south of its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd March 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA4700G - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Marlpits Road, Burnham Road, Chelmsford Road, Barons Lane, Pump Lane, Fambridge Road, Latchingdon Road, Stow Road, Hackmans Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(North Street, Maldon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Street, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 30m north east of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 70m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th March 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30032349214 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Church Street and vice versa (with access only into North Street and The Hythe).
The Order came into effect on 3rd March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
