ENVIRONMENT AGENCY Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003) Notice of application for a full licence to abstract (take) water. D. McNair Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application,
in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act
1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction
and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is for a Full abstraction licence to abstract
water between 1 November and 31 March, from an
unnamed relief channel at National Grid Reference
TM 11376 30237, near Manningtree, Essex, CO11 2NW
The application is to abstract water as follows:
*54 cubic metres an hour «1,296 cubic metres a day
*100,000 cubic metres a year ?Instantaneous rate not
exceeding 15 litres a second.

The purpose is for filling a reservoir for subsequent
spray irrigation.
