(Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.12) Order 202*


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Section 90(A-F) of The Highways Act 1980, and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996. Effect of the order:

To Remove:
'No Stopping Mon-Fri 08:30-09:30 and 14:45-15:45' restrictions on the following lengths of road, in the Borough of Castle Point. Road Description Third WEST SIDE
Avenue From a point approximately 5.8 metres north of the northern most kerb line of the layby parking area, northwards for a distance of approximately 31.56 metres.

To Introduce:
'No Stopping Mon-Fri 08:30-09:30 and 14:45-15:45' restrictions on the following lengths of road, in the Borough of Castle Point. Road Description Third WEST SIDE
Avenue From a point approximately 5.8 metres north of the northern most kerb line of the layby parking area, northwards for a distance of approximately 43.56 metres.

To Introduce:
'Raised Tables' on the following lengths of road, in the Borough of Castle Point. Road To implement Third BOTH SIDES
Avenue (i) From a point approximately 0.4 metres north of the northernmost kerb line of the layby parking area, northwards. (ii) From a point approximately 13.5 metres south of the southernmost boundary of no.32 Third Avenue, southwards.
Each Raised Table is carriageway width, approximately 4.0 metres in length, approximately 75mm in height, and a gradient ramp of approximately 1:15 over a distance of 1.125 meters. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tiles: TQ780 835 Revision 0 to Revision 1, and TQ780837 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

(Castle Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Castle Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Moat Rise a distance of approximately 320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th May 2022 for 17 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30035176054 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Daws Heath Road, Eastwood Road, High Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hardings Elms Road, Ramsden Crays) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hardings Elms Road, Ramsden Crays in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Crays Hill to its junction with Wash Road a distance of approximately 610m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2325680 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Wash Road, Barleylands Road, Southend Road, Crays Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Market Road, Wickford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Market Road, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 120m west of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 25m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 3 nights (08:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2327711 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Market Road, Irvon Hill Road, London Road, London Road Roundabout, High Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Beeches Road, Rawreth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beeches Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Chelmsford Road for a distance of approximately 15m in a north easterly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th April 2022 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001147802 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Beeches Road, Watery Lane, Hullbridge Road, Rawreth Lane, Chelmsford Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 21st April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sydervelt Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sydervelt Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Urmond Road to its junction with Long Road a distance of approximately 410m (to be closed in sections). The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2022 for 111 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001149332 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via Urmond Road, Denham Road, Long Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works

have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Castle Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.l) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as detailed in the Schedule.
The works are scheduled to commence after 14th April 2022, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
The Order came into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
