(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) (Various Roads) Order

Notice is given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
that the Southend-on-Sea City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. Works are required for Southend City Council to carry out lining to the carriageway
2.The proposed works are listed in Table 1 to this Order. The effect of the orders will be to prohibit
any vehicle from proceeding along the road included in Table 1 to this notice. Diversions will be
signed as specified in Table 1.
3. The Orders will come into effect on 26 April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier and will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.

4. Access for emergency vehicles, vehicles being used in connection with the works, residents and pedestrians will be maintained during the closure.

5.Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction/prohibition imposed by this Notice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
