In the Matter of Mr Jeffrey Peter Overton & 3 others -v-Mrs Rosina Davis & 1 other and in the matter of 49 Brightwell Avenue, Westcliff on Sea, Essex SS0 9EB.

An application for an Order dispensing with the need to give notice under Section 13 of the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993 (Notice of Leaseholders intention to purchase the Freehold) to the Freeholder of the property known as 49 Brightwell Avenue, Westcliff on Sea, Essex SS0 9EB ('the property'): and further an application for an Order vesting the Freehold of the Property in the names of the Claimants detailed herein, will be issued within 28 days of the date of this notice, or as soon thereafter as an application can be made, in the absence of any indication as to the whereabouts of the Defendants named herein.
