Consultation on the Proposal to open an Alternative Provision Free School in Southend

South Essex Community School Ltd is planning to open a Free School for children aged between 14 and 19 who, for various reasons cannot attend mainstream schools. The school will be known as Southend YMCA Community School and has been conceived by Southend YMCA, a local charity.
