ANY Person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Joan ROSKILLY Deceased late of Flat 14 Homerowan House 5 Station Road Thorpe Bay Southend on Sea Essex SS1 3LU who died on the 29th November 2016 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executor of the said Deceased on or before the 24th March 2017 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
