Notice of Confirmation of an Order Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 Essex County Council Footpath 13 Wickham Bishops District of Maldon Public Path Diversion Order 2016
The above Order, was confirmed on 21 st February, 2017 by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. The effect of the order will be to divert a part length of public Footpath 13 Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon as shown on the Order map contained in this Order. The current line of Footpath 13 which runs diagonally across the field of the property known as Ballards will be diverted to an alternative route further to the south west. The new path will be 221 metres long and 2 metres in width. A copy of the Order and Order Map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Maldon District Council Offices, Princes Road, CM9 5DL and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road, Chelmsford during normal working hours. Copies of the Order and Order map are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
The Order will come into effect on 21st March, 2017 but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date of this notice, make an application to the High Court. (Crows Lane, Woodham Ferrers and Bicknacre) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crows Lane, Woodham Ferrers and Bicknacre in the Chelmsford District (B), from Hollands Lane to Crows Lane for a distance approximately 944 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th May 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CB1W0000000EA2DHU31 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling to restore customer service, works are undertaken byBT.
An alternative route is available via Crows Lane, Hollands Lane, Main Road, The Street, Edwins Hall Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Ferry Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ferry Road, Burnham-on-Crouch CP in the Maldon District (B), from Creeksea Lane for a distance approximately 570m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th May 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (KL134WIS-42-29-240517 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while detailed bridge inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. The Order will come into effect on 24th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tillingham Road, Asheldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tillingham Road, Asheldham in the Maldon District (B), from High house Farm to Hawthorn Cottage for a distance approximately 790 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th May 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CA789W00000IBB5WWCA - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks, org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while customer service, works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Tillingham Road, Southminster Road, Green Lane, Foxhall Road, Batts Road, Bradwell Road, Steeple Road, West Newlands Farm, West Of Black House Farm, Motts Farm Stone Road, Maldon Road, North Street, The Square, South Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 02/03/2017
