Planning Application Ref. Ess/30/16/Ten - The Continued Restoration of Former Quarry Void By Means Of Landfill Land At Martells Quarry, Slough Lane, Ardleigh Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has granted the above planning application.
The Environmental Information accompanying the application has been taken into account in reaching this decision. Copies of the following are available online at viewplanning or at Essex County Council at the below address (please call for an appointment on 03330 139808) until 28 April 2017.
1) Planning Application;

2) Environmental Impact Assessment;

3) Development and Regulation Committee Report dated 24 March 2017.

4) Decision Notice - including the content of the decision and any conditions, main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based, including relevant details of policies and proposals in the relevant Development Plan(s);

5) A description, where necessary, of the mitigating measures i.e.

the main measures to avoid, reduce and if possible offset the major adverse effects.

(Cuthedge Lane, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cuthedge Lane, Coggeshall in the Braintree District, from its junction with Scrip's Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th June 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005MU1WNGA00IBQ1A9AF01 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Cuthedge Lane, Church Road, The Street, A120 From J A131/M256 To J B1024 North Of Coggeshall, Coggeshall Road, Stock Street, Coggeshall Bypass, Bypass Link, West Street, Bridge Street, Grange Hill, Kelvedon Road, Scrip's Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 07/04/2017
