Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce 'No Waiting/No Loading at Any Time' restrictions on the B1024 High Street/Feering Hill/London Road, Kelvedon/Feering in the District of Braintree, BOTH SIDES: from a point approximately 1125 metres south west of its junction with Station Road to a point approximately 1350 metres north of its junction of Station Road. Tile references TL855 182, TL855 185, TL860 185, TL860 187, TL860 190, TL865 190, TL865 192, TL865 195, TL870 195, TL870 197 of The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (permitted parking area and special parking area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 shall be temporarily varied to temporarily suspend all existing parking restrictions and introduce the No Waiting/ No Loading at Any Time restrictions on the above length of road. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The temporary restrictions are scheduled to commence at 8pm 20 May 2017 to 4am on
22 May 2017 and are required to facilitate the traffic flows through Kelvedon due to weekend
A12 northbound closure.
The Order will come into effect on 20 May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Liz Burr, Head of Network Management, County Hall, Chelmsford
(Various Roads, Braintree District) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.7) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in Schedule 1.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking
Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No
Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions
on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the
aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 01/06/2017 exact
dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each
phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services.
Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates
of each phase via letter / leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Witham Road, Terling and Terling Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Hatfield Road to the junction with Powershall End, a distance of approximately 3126 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st June 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2225884 & EP201EH2225827- Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hatfield Road, New Road, Owls Hill, Braintree Road, Fuller Street, Boreham Road, Main Road, London Road, London Road Roundabout, London Road Roundabout North, Great Notley Avenue, Bakers Lane, Church Road, Notley Road, The Street, Witham Road, The Green, Church Hill, Faulkbourne Road, Flora Road, Powers Hall End and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 1st June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Bridge End, Great Bardfield & Bridge Street, Great Bardfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of Bridge End, Great Bardfield & Bridge Street, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Northampton Meadow to its junction with Beslyns Road for a distance of approximately 318m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005MU1WBAUSEIBPGFEGZ08 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Bridge Street, Vine Street, Dunmow Road, Oxen End, Dunmow Road From Lindsell To Duck End, Dunmow Road From Bran End To Broadway, The Broadway, Church End, Church Street, Lime Tree Hill, Beaumont Hill, Mill End, Watling Street, Newbiggen Street, Walden Road, Great Sampford Road, Thaxted Road, Hill Road, Finchingfield Road, Hawkins Hill, Brent Hall Road, Green Road, Bardfield Road, Bridge End and vice versa.
