(Grange Hill, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Hill, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Kelvedon Road to its junction with Bridge Street for a distance of approximately 355m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th June 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2223717 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Kelvedon Road, Coggeshall Road, Station Road, Feering Hill, The Street, Feering Road, East Street, Market End, Bridge Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 26th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crow Pond Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crow Pond Road, Terling, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hatfield Road to its junction with The Street, a distance of approximately 244 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th June 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2226369 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage and investigating carriageway collapse works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via New Road, The Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 8th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Panfield Lane, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Panfield Lane, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 20m south of its junction with Kings Road for a distance approximately 146 m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st July 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD030000010440014 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new water supply works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Deanery Hill, Church Lane, Church Lane Roundabout, Coldnailhurst Avenue, Panfield Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 8th June and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Fairstead Lodge Road, Fairstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fairstead Lodge Road, Fairstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Ranks Green Road for a distance of approximately 494 m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th August 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0000000IBB7E3CM - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing damaged telephone pole works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Ranks Green Road, Mill Lane, Boreham Road, Fuller Street, Fairstead Lodge Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 8th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Braintree & St Michaels Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of High Street, Braintree & St Michaels Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree,(High Street from its junction with Clare road, to its junction with St michaels Lane and St Michaels Road from its junction with High street for a distance of approximately 40m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th June 2017 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2219183 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while refurbishing traffic signals works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Southbound alternative route: St Michaels Road, South Street, Coggeshall Road, London Road Northbound alternative route: London Road, Coggeshall

The Order will come into effect on 08/06/2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Newland Street, Witham) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily suspend parking in that length of Newland Street Witham in the District of Braintree, 7 Spaces northwest side of the B1379 - Newland Street outside of numbers 4-12.

2. The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary "suspension of parking" restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order shall remain in force.



The suspension is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBQAHPDZ02 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while laying new cables works are undertaken

by BT.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Parsonage Farm, Great Dunmow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Parsonage Farm Great Dunmow in the District of Uttlesford, from its junction with B1008 to a point approximately 92 m east.



2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length



of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Uttlesford District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 08/06/2017 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
