(Endway, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One-Way) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Endway, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, a point approximately 73m from its junction with High Street, for a distance of approximately 26m in a southerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the One-Way restriction on Endway Benfleet,
as detailed in "The Borough of Castle Point (Various Roads, Castle Point) (One-Way Traffic, Prohibition of Turning, Movements, and Prohibition of Driving) Consolidation Order, 2004". The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD038SEW-10878-LINE-08A-Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer relining works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via High Street, London Road, Castle Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(North Street, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Street, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Weir Pond road to its junction with Pollards Close, a distance of approximately 159 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th August 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2228447 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road marking works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Weir Pond Road, East Street, South Street, Bradley Way, West Street, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, North Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Dorothy Gardens, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dorothy Gardens, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 55m from its junction with Bradley Link, for a distance of approximately 22m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000614232 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Kenneth Road, Bradley Close, Bradley Link and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 17th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: Totemporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 To A1245 Eastbound Rayleigh, in the District of Basildon, from its junction with Arterial Road to is junction with A1245, a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153033814 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while slot cutting works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Basildon as specified in Schedule 1.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 1st September 2017 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services.
