(Tillingham Road, Asheldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tillingham Road, Asheldham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Southminster Road for a distance of approximately 632m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st November 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W000000IBB8AJPC1 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing damaged telephone pole works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Tillingham Road, Southminster Road, Green Lane, Cripplegate, North End, North Street, High Street, Pantile Hill, Queen Street, Scotts Hill, Southfield Way, Main Road, Burnham Road - B1018, Burnham Road, Steeple Road, Mayland Garage, Maldon Road, Jeagor Farm, Gospel Corner, Chapel Corner, The Street, Bradwell Road, West Newlands Farm, West Of Black House Farm, Motts Farm Stone Road, The Square, South Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 9th November 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Endway, Althorne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Endway, Althorne in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Burnham Road to its junction with Dairy Farm Road, a distance of approximately 781m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd November 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0142943739 - Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lay new service pipe works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Maldon Road, Green Lane, Church Road, Southminster Road, Old Heath Road, The Endway and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 26th October 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
