TOWN and COUNTRY PLANNING (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION.
Proposed development to the strip of land in Karen Close, Wickford, joining land to rear of 33, Grange Avenue, Wickford, Essex. SS12 0LY. I give notice that Mustafa Degirmenci is applying to The Planning Services, Basildon Council, for planning permission to construct a new three bedroomed dwelling at the rear of 33 Grange Avenue, Wickford, Essex. SS12 0LY and on the adjoining strip of land in Karen Close, Wickford, Essex. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the The Planning Services, Basildon Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins's Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1DL within 21 days of this notice. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or in the case of development consisting of winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver) 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
